Will LoadCentral issue or sell a Dealer SIM? No. Any mobile number (Smart, Talk N' Text, Globe, Touch Mobile, Sun) can be registered as a LoadCentral dealer number.
How can I replenish my account? You can deposit to any Uniwiz Trade Sales, Inc. accredited bank. You should call or send an SMS to Uniwiz indicating payment details. After confirmation of the deposit, the equivalent credit will be loaded to your registered dealer number.
How many retailers can i register under my account? As many retailers as you can maintain.
Can I register a retailer of another dealer? No.
How will I know of new products carried by LoadCentral? Thru this website, via Webtool Crawler, IM Broadcast, e-Mail from LoadCentral and by SMS.
Can I sell to an end-user? No. Only a registered retailer can sell to an end-user.
Can I change the discount given to my retailer? No, you cannot. The discount structure is already pegged. Only LoadCentral can change the discount structures for both dealers and retailers if the need arises.
What happens if I forgot my password? Upon verification of your identity, Uniwiz will reset your password to the default setting of 123456. Uniwiz reserves the right to ask for additional proof prior to doing this.
What happens if my dealers SIM and/or mobile phone are lost or stolen? What happens to my retailers? You must notify LoadCentral immediately so your mobile number could be deactivated or blocked. You must then register another mobile number as your new dealer SIM. LoadCentral will transfer all current balance and all the retailers under your old registered number to the new one. While this is being done, your retailers can still continue dispensing e-Loads and e-Pin’s.
How can I get reports of the transactions of my retailers? Thru the LoadCentral webtool you can monitor your retailers’ current daily wallet balance, your cumulative earnings per retailer shown as GRO (Gross Retailer Override) and the daily transactions (transaction time and product) of each retailer.
